Six week Commitment

Perfect for someone who enjoys a group setting and saving money

Six 1 ½ hour weekly group classes

  1.     60 minute cooking class & 3 course meal

  2.     20 minutes of nutritional education

  3.     10 minutes Q & A time

  4.     All class materials including Start Fresh binder, ANDI chart, 

          Nutritarian food pyramid, grocery list, food log  and other handouts   

  1.     3 recipes per week (food will be cooked during class)

  2.     email support

  3.     upon completion of the entire course, you may repeat all

          or part of the course again at minimal charge

  4.     Gadgets & Gizmos – tools to make cooking simple and fun


90 minute group class

Perfect for those who have completed the workshop and

want to stay motivated and supported

  1.      Ongoing support group
