Let’s spread the message.  Cooking a plant based dish can be delicious. Invite your friends. Bring a completely plant based dish (NO animal products) for 8 people. Preferably cooked with very little or no oil or salt. 


Spread the word - this is a community based event. We will host this event monthly, and periodically show a movie or have a speaker.  You do not have to be vegetarian or vegan, just have a desire to eat more veggies!!
